Our full site is on its way. In the meantime, here's what we're about.
The Oddie Project exists to do urban development differently. We work alongside everyone with a stake in shaping places — central and local government, transport and infrastructure agencies, developers and property organisations, iwi and Māori entities, and the communities places are for — bringing clarity and momentum to complex programmes, from strategy and governance through to delivery on the ground.
We believe the hardest problems in urban development don't sit inside organisations — they sit in the gaps between them. That's where we're at our best: connecting partners, aligning people, and building the trust and shared direction that turn good intent into real outcomes for communities.
Senior, hands-on leadership for complex, multi-workstream programmes — establishment through to delivery.
Fit-for-purpose frameworks that drive accountability and clear decision-making.
Closing the gaps between organisations — aligning government, agencies and private partners around one direction.
Building the trust and shared direction that make collaboration real.
Clear strategy for regeneration and place-based delivery on the ground.
A systems lens and skilled facilitation that turn ambiguity into shared momentum.
The programme, the people and the politics — before any plan.
Shared clarity across agencies, sponsors and stakeholder groups.
Governance that makes decisions possible — and keeps them made.
Hands-on momentum, from establishment through to delivery.
It's called The Project because that's exactly what this is — a commitment to a better way of shaping the places we share.
Tell us about the programme. We'll come back within two working days.
